day 1: Arrival in Lima

day 2: Lima / Ayacucho
According to your flight schedule, transfer to Lima International Airport.

Flight to Ayacucho (about 1h25 flight time). Transfer to your hotel in Ayacucho

Departure on foot from your hotel to discover the city of Ayacucho,

You will leave to discover the city center of Ayacucho, as well as its magnificent Cathedral. Ayacucho is a city known for its 33 churches.
You will also discover its magnificent central square which is characterized by several stone arches, columns and red clay tile roofs.

day 3: Ayacucho / Quinua / Wari
Visit the village of Quinoa and its handicrafts. Quinoa is known for its ceramic craftsmanship.

Then, direction the site of the "Pampa de la Quinoa". The whole sanctuary covers 300 hectares and aims to preserve the historical and natural heritage of the region.

In this pampas, the last battle for the independence of Peru and America, the battle of Ayacucho, took place on December 9, 1824.

Then, visit of the archaeological site of Wari. The archaeological complex of Wari would have been at the time an urban center. It is estimated that it would have accommodated an average of 40,000 people in its complex. You can still see today different areas of dwellings

Return to Ayacucho at the end of the afternoon.

day 4: Millpu's natural swimming pools
Early in the morning, departure from your hotel in direction of the canyon of Huancaraylla. After about 4h trip, you will arrive at the Patacocha parking lot.

You will begin the hike inside the canyon, you will see beautiful waterfalls and finally the turquoise pools of Millpu. Return to the starting point.

day 5: ayacucho / andahuaylas
Departure early in the morning towards Andahuaylas.

On the road, you will make various stops to enjoy the beauty of the panoramas, the biodiversity of the Andes, and the unknown archaeological sites.

Approximately 02h00, first stop in the zone of Titankayuq,(3200 m) and appreciate the Puya Raimondi, or Titanka, and the eponymous archeological site. Continuation to Vilcashuaman (3490 m), and its Inca site, the most important in the region of Ayacucho. Visit of the place before resuming the road to Andahuaylas.

After lunch, departure to Andahuaylas (2900 m), you will descend into the canyon of the Pampas River, which marks the border between these two regions Ayacucho and Apurimac, to go up to the town of Andahuaylas, located in a rich Andean valley.

day 6: Andahuaylas / Pampachiri / Abancay
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will leave in the direction of Pampachiri, the Smurf village in the Andes.

You will go through roads in the heart of the Andes to the stone woods of Pampachiri, at the foot of which lies the village of Pampachiri and its special architecture.

day 7: Abancay / Cusco
After breakfast, you will take the road towards Cusco.

You will stop on the way to visit the archeological zone of Saywite. It is a large granite block which has mysterious figures.

Then, you will take again the road to visit the archaeological site of Killarumiyoc. It is a sacred place where several ceremonies were carried out during the Inca period. You will appreciate splendid landscapes. It is also a very spriritual place.

Finally, you will arrive in Cusco in the afternoon.

We suggest you to visit these different places in Cusco, such as: the discovery of the Temple of Gold, the impressive colonial cathedral and the central square of Cusco. A tour to the main market of the city, San Pedro, always in effervescence, will be the occasion to soak up the local atmosphere!

day 9: Visit of the Sacred Valley of the Incas
Departure from your hotel at 08:00 am, accompanied by your English speaking guide in private service.

Visit of the site of Moray, formed of concentric circular terraces. (visiting time: from 20 min to 1 hour approximately).

You will continue the discovery of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with the visit of the saltworks of Maras, fabulous contrast in the heart of the valley.

Lunch at leisure in Urubamba.

Visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo.

The strategic geographical situation of this last Inca stronghold allowed them to resist the Spaniards (time of visit: 45 min minimum).

Travel by train to Aguas Calientes (about 1h40).

You will take the bus to direct us to the site (about 20 min).

The guided tour of the site lasts about two hours. Dream of any traveler, legend not having yet delivered all its mysteries, the citadel of Machu Picchu continues to bewitch and seduce the visitors in search of magic.

Return by bus to Aguas Calientes (20 min approximately).

Transfer from Ollantaytambo train station to Cusco (Duration: about 1h30 min.).

day 11: Waqrapukara - Palccoyo
04h00 : Departure from your hotel in private service accompanied by your English-speaking guide.

For about three hours you will drive in the direction of the Waqrapukara site and the village of Santa Lucia. After 02h00 hours of driving, you will stop at the small village of Cusipata to have breakfast.

A picnic is planned before visiting the site with your English speaking guide.

After a long moment of exploration of the site, you will begin the descent to where your private transport will be waiting for you

day 12: Palccoyo - Cusco
Breakfast at your hotel
06H00: Departure from your hotel early in the morning in a private vehicle.

You will drive for two hours in the direction of the colorful Palccoyo Mountain.

The ascent takes about 30 minutes.

You will see an impressive landscape and feel alone in the world until the final show of the majestic colors of this new mountain which is the Palccoyo.

Then, you will walk in the opposite direction for about 30 minutes to the bus that will take you back to the small town of Combapata where a meal will be waiting for you.

Return to Cusco.

day 13: Cusco / Lima
02h30 before your flight: Departure from your hotel to the airport of Cusco accompanied by your guide (Duration: about 20 min).

You will fly to Lima by flying over the majestic Andes Mountain Range and its countless snowy summits (about 1h15).

Transfer by private vehicle accompanied by your English speaking guide to the safe and modern Miraflores neighborhood, located close to the Pacific Ocean (Duration: about 1 hour).
