The Matthews hummingbird.

Boissonneaua Matthewsii This hummingbird is present in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, in regions located between 1200 and 2700 meters above sea level. It likes the humid forests in tropical environment, and it is often present and visible in Machu-Picchu.  This hummingbird defends its territory and can feed on the nectar of tropical flowers but also on small insects. It is about 11 cm long.
