day 9: Visit of Cusco and chocolate making workshop
Today you will visit the Gold's temple or Qoricancha in quechua and you will discover the foundations of the monastery of Santo Domingo as well as the colonial church.
You will also visit the impressive colonial cathedral, whose construction began in 1559 and lasted almost a hundred years. Juxtaposed with the churches of El Triunfo and Jesús Maria, it forms an architectural ensemble steeped in history.
You will also have the opportunity to discover the city's main market, San Pedro, which is still in full swing. This is the most important market in the city, and you can find fruits, vegetables, spices, flowers... the ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere!

From cocoa beans to chocolate bars!
An activity for children and adults. You will start by roasting the cocoa bean, then grind it and heat it successively to arrive at the chocolate paste. At the end of the workshop, you will take all the chocolates made if we have not eaten them before!
The chocolate making process takes about 2 hours.
