Day by day

day 1: Discovery of the Amazon
Transfer to Lima International Airport.

Flight to Iquitos (2 hours flight time approximately).

Arrival in Iquitos, transfer by private vehicle to a local restaurant where you can have lunch.

After lunch, you will go on a tour of the historical center where you will have the opportunity to meet the local population.

18:00h: Embarkation aboard the luxurious boat Aria Amazon.

At dinner, you will have the chance to discover Amazonian cuisine in all its forms.

day 2: Exploration of the Amazon, its fauna and flora
You will start the day early to enjoy a unique scene: the sunrise over the waters of the Amazon River. After that, you will make a small excursion in which you will observe the birds of the Yanayacu de Capana reserve.

After the visit, you will return to La Perla to enjoy the most important meal of the day, breakfast, while the cruise will progress towards the Ucayali River.

You will take an excursion in which you will explore the Yarapa River in search of wildlife.

You will enjoy a delicious lunch on board and you will have free time to rest and relax aboard the Aria Amazon

You will make a short excursion to the Vista Alegre Reserve where you will discover all about Amazonian butterflies.

You will end the day with a delicious dinner on board and enjoy a concert of music.

day 3: Samaria River and rainforest walk
You will start this new day with an excursion on the Samiria River with the possibility of fishing (optional).

After lunch, you will listen to the fauna and flora that surrounds you and then you will leave for a digestive walk through the Amazon rainforest.

On your return in the early evening, you will be able to enjoy the joys of the jungle and admire the starry sky from your boat, while sailing along the Enchanted Lake.

day 4: Manatee Rescue Center - San Juan - Return to Lima
In the morning, visit the local market of Nauta with your guide, where you can discover the many exotic fruits and meet the local fishermen. Return to the boat to have your last breakfast in a beautiful setting.

Before leaving, you will have the privilege to visit the Manatee Orphanage (or more commonly known as the Manatee Rescue Center).

On the way to the airport, you will make a last stop at the San Juan handicraft market. You will also be offered a lunch (or a packed lunch depending on the departure time of your flight).

Flight to Lima (about 2 hours of flight).

Transfer by private vehicle accompanied by your English speaking guide to Miraflores (Duration: about 1 hour).

Night in Lima.
