Vicús Municipal Gold Museum

This small museum was made in order to explain a little bit the culture and the natural environment of the region. It presents an important quantity of ceramics, but the greatest room is the one having amazing gold pieces from the Vicus culture, all made of this precious metal. Undoubtedly the most impressive is the golden belt topped with the head of a cat in full-scale.
