Santa Teresa

It is the "secondary" gateway to Aguas Calientes, the place where many treks and alternative routes pass through with Machu Picchu in the spotlight.  Located at an altitude of 1810 m, the village itself is of little interest, but over time many activities have developed, including very pleasant thermal baths, and for the more adventurous an impressive zip line.
