Huchuy Qosqo

Huchuy Qosqo means in Quechua "the little Cusco". This archaeological site located at an altitude of about 3600 meters in the Andes mountain range above the sacred valley of the Incas. Spanish chroniclers claim that it was built during the reign of the eighth Inca: Viracocha. Outside the tourist circuits, its visit can be combined with a trekking that Antipode offers: The balconies of the valley.
