Chetilla

This village, which is very difficult of access, stands at 3200 m altitude. The inhabitants almost speak only Quechua language and they are distinctive thanks to their special clothes. The women skirt is a piece of tissue folded in two and they have a handkerchief under their hat. The main celebrations are Carnival, on February, and the Cruz de Mayo (on May).
