It is the ancient palace of the last Inca, Manco Capac. At the top of the hill, the ruins of the palace represent some edifices, walls, and rooms with opening trapezoidal shape on a green and dense grass. It has been partially rebuilt because vegetation has largely invaded the place. On the hillside, terraces follow one another probably in a ceremonial purpose because at the foot of the hill it stands a massive rock that served as oracle.
