Northern Desert Lipez

The desert between the Salar d'Uyuni and the Chilean border is traditionally divided into two parts: North and South. North Lipez is the contiguous and immediate southern part of the Salar de Uyuni, which includes numerous lagoons, at the foot of the Ollague Volcano.
