National Museum of Archaeology, Anthropology and History

This museum presents several pre-Inca cultures with ceramic exhibitions, tissues, utensils, jewels, etc… The main highlights of this place are the mummies, among which one is very frightening, with a shiny hand with long nails fixed in front of the face. Some high stone sculptures are also very impressive. At the end of the visit, the National Museum of History is presented in a verdant patio, where lived the heroes of Independence; San Martin and Bolivar.
